All homesites feature a white picket fence and coach lights controlled by photocell designed to help illuminate the community each night.  Alternating recessed front entry garages create the appearance of courtyard style homes, adding parking space for residents and their guests. Homes are constructed contiguously to enhance quality of life while new homes are constructed within the community.

The mailbox cluster is located under the arbor on the east side of the community and is managed by the US Postal Service in Newberry.  Clay Electric Cooperative provides electricity to each residence.  Gainesville Regional Utilities provides natural gas, municipal water, and sewer.  Cox Communications provides fast 150 mb/sec Internet service, the connect and monthly fees are included in the low monthly HOA dues.  Satellite dishes are also permitted with prior HOA approval.
